Psychological Services

I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist currently providing tele psychology (video and phone counselling) services due to COVID-19. My clinical specialty is workplace burnout, trauma, insomnia, anxiety and depression. I am passionate about my work with healthcare providers experiencing job-related stress, as I am acutely aware of the devastating effects a toxic work environment can have on every corner of your life. As an EMDR trained clinician, I truly enjoy my work with young men and women, overwhelmed students struggling with depression, anxiety and PTSD. I am offering a complimentary 10-minute phone consultation at this time to see if we are a good "fit" for each other.
