We want you to have a budget-friendly stress free family vacation, where all you need is your luggage, your food, and beverages, it's kind of like a hotel/motel vacation with a lot more freedom to do things at your own pace. We are limiting add ons as much as possible so we ask you to contribute to your time with us by following a few simple things and while doing so learn some of the essentials of owning an RV or not. You might want to think of these as the I don't want or need add ons: 1. We expect The Dream to come back as it left, sparkling clean and with the black and grey tanks emptied and flushed. A cleaning fee will only be applied when dropped off without cleaning the interior-$100 We have a free to use sani-dump just off the main highway, well worth 15 minutes your time otherwise it's a $100 if you have the money to flush. 2. If you use it, break it or lose it, you will replace it, this includes all the items we have provided, but more importantly, replacing gas and propane. On a one week trip propane might cost you 10-15 dollars or you can pay me $50. You can replace the gas you use or
